Rebooting the Feed

The Windows Insider Program has long had a loyal community, but its social channels needed a refresh.

The ask: reimagine the feed into something worthy of its fans, combining practical content with personality and warmth.

The results

Role: Art Director + Designer, Copywriters: Lara HolleranCailyn Wesstrom, Agency: Ayzenberg Group, Project Type: Social

As an Art Director on the account, from concept to production, I helped evolve the brand’s voice across Instagram, Facebook, and X, shaping content that made insiders feel celebrated and included. From product explainers to nostalgic throwbacks and lighthearted moments, we turned passive followers into proud participants.

Educational Content

We brought clarity to complexity by turning key product features into approachable social content. Whether explaining the Windows Insider Program itself or showcasing new tools like Copilot, the goal was to make every post informative, helpful, and genuinely shareable.

Trends

To keep our feed culturally relevant, we tapped into lighthearted TikTok trends and creator collaborations, capturing everyday tech moments and relatable POVs that made the brand feel less like a corporation and more like a friend in your feed.

Brain Games

A nod to the curious, insider mindset, we created lo-fi challenges like emoji riddles and “Guess the Sound” posts that sparked playful engagement and encouraged our audience to slow down, think, and have fun.
