With TikTok now Gen Z’s go-to search engine, Microsoft Education needed more than a presence; it needed a voice that felt trusted, timely, and genuinely helpful. The ask? Build a channel that could resonate with teachers, students, and parents alike while staying culturally relevant. As Art Director on the account, I help craft a TikTok presence rooted in lighthearted trends, classroom truths, and meaningful moments that meet our audience exactly where they are. From STEM encouragement to scam awareness to back-to-school feels, the result is a thriving community and one of Microsoft’s top-performing social channels.
